Having used your meet and greet service at Bristol airport on Wednesday this week, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the gentleman who met us. He was so helpful and polite and a real pleasure to deal with. He even came back for me when I asked to leave something extra in the car (my fault entirely). Nowadays, people only contact companies when they have a complaint, and very rarely complement those who deserve it. tHe was an absolute gentleman -

After parking at Bristol Airport last year and waiting around in the cold for their "Shuttle " service we decided we would never do that again. Looking around we found valet parking with Bristol Valet Parking for roughly the same price we had paid. They were really helpful - we arrived early - no problem. We were unloaded and away went the car. On return we rang and they were in the park waiting for us. The only way to park at Bristol Airport. We will certainly use them next time.

Very friedly and helpful. Driver awaiting us on arrival,welcoming and cheerful even at 5 am!Offered to bring milk ect when we arrived back in uk. On return car ready and waiting even though traffic delays on nearby roads.We were also given a traffic update. Would have no hesitation in recommending the service and will certainly use again. All in all a stress-free experience. Thank you

second time i have used this service and would highly recommend it for literally a few pounds more than park and ride ! very very good service , plane landed at 11.25 i was in my car and driving at 11.45 just brilliant .

Very pleased. We got stuck in traffic and were almost late for check in phoned the office and was given a change in directions so we got there in time. I dont think we would of made it if it wasnt for Bud giving us alternative directions Thanks. Had a great holiday thanks to the Bristol valet parking team for thier great customer service, will always use you in furture, price was great too.S Fleming...

I phoned the office before i got to the airport and when i arrived they were there waiting for me, the car was checked over for any scratches and dents, they filled out an inspection sheet, what i really liked was that they asked me if i wanted any shopping or for my car to be fuelled up for my return.I took them up on getting me some milk. When we returned to bristol airport we phoned the number provided and was told that the driver was waiting for us , when we went out to the car park he was there , car was nice and warm and the milk was their too really nice customer service , cannot fault this company one bit, will definately recommend.C Ramsay...

Hi Bud and I think it was Dave when we flew out We flew out early on the 10th and back on the 15th. Both times you were there with a friendly attitude. Even phoning me to check if we were through customs.On the way out I had to phone the night before as I had got the time wrong, and then we were delayed on the way to the airport. I think it was Dave (apologies if Im wrong, it was early and I was tired and in a hurry), but was friendly and helpful. Meet and Greet is a service we always use at every airport.
